Blush- Tips

To achieve a truly natural blush look a. Less Is More: Start with a small amount of blush & gradually build up the color. It's easier to add more than to remove excess blush. b. Blend Thoroughly: Ensure your blush is seamlessly blended into your skin for a natural finish. Use a clean makeup brush or exfoliator to soften any harsh lines. c. Match Your Lip Color: Coordinating your blush with your lip color can create a harmonious and balanced look. d. Set with Translucent Powder: To make your blush last longer and appear more natural, lightly dust your cheeks with translucent setting powder. e. Consider Your Overall Look: Your blush should complement your makeup look. Remember the eyeshadow, lipstick, and foundation shades you're using. Blush for Different Occasions The amount and intensity of blush you use can vary based on the occasion: a. Everyday Look: A light dusting of rouge on the apples of your cheeks is perfect for a subtle, everyday look. b. Office...

Dreamy cream blush

Nothing excite me more on the makeup front these days than cream blush. I've been praising this cream blush for months (maybe years?) Because it lasts longer on the skin and feels like a natural blush. I tend to go heavy on blush and cream blush, which allows me to get the depth of pigment I desire with a finish that pairs with medium coverage and a natural finish base.

To break it down, since I prefer light foundations these days, I love the blush that pairs well with my natural looking foundation finish. On the contrary, when I preferred a full coverage makeup, the blush was able to give me the color I wanted with a flawless finish. tc bolts

The most used blush these days is shown above, and the duo Patrick Ta is one of my favorites.

NARS Liquid Blush in an orgasm. This is a liquid, not a cream, but since it's not a powder, I thought I'd include it here anyway. I like to put some on the back of my hand and then press a brush into the liquid. I will smudge it on my cheek with a brush. I used my fingers to apply too, but I prefer the brush finish!

FENTY BEAUTY

Cheeks Out Cream Blush in Strawberry Drip and Cupid's Crush. This was a discovery after seeing them on YouTube for their beauty. I love the formula and at $ 20 each, it seems like a good price compared to the other two brands I've illustrated. I also use the brush to apply these blushes! It's pigmented and shiny, and it really is a great option, especially if you have a darker complexion or skin tone.

Patrick Ta Double Tech Cream and Blush.

This has been my destination since I received it in the mail from Sephora (since I am part of #SephoraSquad, I occasionally receive free gifts). I have the "That Girl" shade that I definitely would have chosen if I had bought it. The cream part of the duo is easy to apply, similar in texture to Fenty Cheeks Out blush, and the powder blush is pigmented and sets well on cream. I like to use the same brush to apply both. It's easy to get a lot of color and pigment out of this blush duo, and I love that you can also use each side individually.
